Applications, expense claims, homework submissions and signed contracts often come with the same request: “please send a single PDF.” Emailing phone photos of an ID card, receipts or handwritten notes one by one is messy and hard for the recipient to file. This tool merges multiple JPG or PNG images, in the order you choose, into one A4 PDF with one image per page, ready to download and send.
You can add up to 15 images at once and drag them to reorder the pages. Choose A4 portrait or landscape: portrait suits documents, receipts and vertical phone photos, while landscape suits slide screenshots, spreadsheets and horizontal shots. Margins can be none, narrow (10 mm) or wide (20 mm). Pick wide margins if the document will be printed, bound or annotated; choose no margin for on-screen reading to make images as large as possible.
Each image is scaled proportionally to fill as much of the usable area as possible and centered on the page. It is never stretched or cropped. Because the proportions are kept, a portrait photo on a landscape page will have blank space on both sides, which is expected. To fill the page, crop photos close to the A4 ratio (about 1:1.414) first.
The PDF size is roughly the total size of the images, and an original phone photo is often 3–5 MB on its own. If a portal limits upload size, resize or lower the quality of the photos with our Image Resizer & Converter before converting. Everything is processed in your browser with jsPDF, so ID documents, medical records and contracts are never uploaded to a server.
