This random picker turns your list into a colorful wheel of fortune. Press Spin the Wheel! and it spins for 3.5 to 5 seconds, slowing down until the pointer at the top lands on a slice; the winner appears below with a burst of confetti. Writing the list is simple: put one item per line in the box on the left. Leading and trailing spaces are trimmed, blank lines are skipped, and you need at least two items to spin. Use it to decide on lunch, pick a student, assign chores or draw a prize winner at an event.
Every item gets a slice of the same size, and the wheel stops at a random angle, so each slice has an equal chance of being picked. To give an item better odds, list it more than once: write Ramen on two lines and it gets two slices and twice the chance. With many items the font shrinks automatically, and long names are cut off with an ellipsis on the wheel, but the result box always shows the full text.
With Remove winner from list after pick turned on, each winner is removed from the list and the wheel two seconds after it is drawn, and the text box updates to match. The spin button stays locked until the removal is done, so the wrong item can never be deleted. This is handy for drawing first, second and third place, or for putting a group of people in a random speaking order. Three presets let you try it quickly: What to eat?, Lucky Numbers (1-10) and Letters (A-F), and Clear List empties everything.
The wheel uses the browser's built-in random number generator, which is fair enough for everyday decisions and classroom games. It is not cryptographically secure and does not keep an auditable record, so for prize draws involving money or legal requirements, use a method with proper verification. Your list lives only in the open page: it is not uploaded or saved, and reloading the page restores the default items, so keep a copy of any list you need.
