AlpaKit provides a collection of free online tools (including but not limited to PDF processing, image conversion, developer utilities, text editing, unit converters, and calculators) that anyone can use for free, with no account registration required.

The service is provided "as is". We strive to keep it stable and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

2. User responsibilities

You agree to use our tools only for lawful purposes, and not to use the service to violate any law, infringe on third-party rights, or interfere with the normal operation of the site (e.g. automated bulk requests, attempts to exploit or attack our systems).

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of any content you generate or process using our tools (e.g. converted files, generated passwords, calculation results).

3. Disclaimer

Some tools (e.g. financial calculators, unit converters, date calculators) are provided for reference only, and their results do not constitute professional advice (financial, legal, medical, etc.). Please consult a qualified professional for actual decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlpaKit shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

4. Intellectual property

The AlpaKit name, logo, mascot (Alpa the alpaca), and site design are the property of AlpaKit and may not be reproduced or used commercially without authorization.

Files and content you process using our tools (which never leave your browser) remain entirely your own intellectual property; we claim no rights over them.

5. Changes & interruptions

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature on the site at any time without individual prior notice.

6. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved accordingly.
