Dropping a raw webpage screenshot into a slide deck or social post often looks flat, and it is not always obvious that it shows a website. This tool wraps your screenshot in a macOS-style browser window, complete with the red, yellow and green buttons, an address bar, rounded corners and a soft drop shadow, then places it on a gradient backdrop. In seconds you get a polished image for presentations, product pages, portfolios or posts on X.
Using it is simple: click the upload area or drag an image onto it. PNG and JPG are supported, one file at a time. In Style Options you can pick one of four gradient backdrops or a plain dark background with no gradient. Backdrop Padding comes in S, M and L and controls how much space surrounds the screenshot. The frame theme can be dark or light to suit the colors of your screenshot, and every change shows up instantly in the live preview on the right.
Browser URL lets you type any address or text to display, such as your product domain or the path of a specific page. Long text is cut off with an ellipsis so it never spills out of the address bar. When you press Download Mockup PNG, the tool redraws the whole image on a canvas in your browser and exports a sharp PNG that is always 1600 pixels wide. The height follows the aspect ratio of your screenshot, so even a long full-page capture is kept intact.
Everything is composed on your computer, and screenshots are never uploaded to an AlpaKit server, which makes the tool safe for unreleased product screens or internal dashboards. For now the frame is macOS-style only and the background cannot be made transparent. If your screenshot is much narrower than 1600 pixels, it is scaled up on export and text may look soft, so capture from a high-resolution display or a larger window when you can.
